Factory Restoration Service
What’s Included: Checking and tightening stones, rounding out rings, removing scratches, and refinishing to a like-new condition through polishing.
Starting Prices:
Yellow Gold: $45
White Gold: $85 (rhodium plating included)

Resizing Services
Variable Costs: Resizing depends on the material, design, and complexity of the piece.

Rhodium Plating
Rhodium plating ensures white gold jewelry retains its bright, reflective finish.
Cost: $75–$150, depending on item size and labor required.
Included in Repairs: Rhodium plating is often part of the repair process for white gold items, which contributes to the higher cost compared to yellow gold items.
Soldering Services
Jewelry soldering involves precision work with a torch or laser welder.
Pricing Examples:
- Simple solder (such as reattaching a jump ring): $35 for the first solder. Additional solders are often discounted.
- Complexity Factors: Prices may rise for wide solder areas or items with stones that require special handling to avoid damage.
Chain Repairs
Chains are susceptible to breaking, especially delicate and hollow designs.
- Simple Chains:
- Gold or Silver Cable Chains: $50–$75.
- Complex Chains:
- Rope Chains: Starting at $100.
- Hollow Chains: Typically cost more due to their delicate repair difficulty.

Stone Replacement
Replacing a missing stone depends on several factors:

Prong Retipping

14k Gold & Silver: $40 for the first prong, $20 for each additional. Discounts for 10+ prongs ($10/ea).
