At AW Jewelry, we take pride in crafting custom, high-quality fine jewelry. Our production times vary depending on the complexity of the piece:

  • Ready-to-Ship Items: Ship within 2-3 business days
  • Custom & Made-to-Order Pieces: Typically require 3-6 weeks for production before shipping
  • Engagement Rings & Bespoke Designs: May take 6-8 weeks, depending on design complexity

If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us before purchasing to confirm availability.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer secure and insured shipping options to ensure your jewelry arrives safely:

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3-5 business days (Complimentary on orders over $500)
  • Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 1-2 business days (Complementary on custom jewelry orders)
  • International Shipping: 5-10 business days (Rates vary based on destination)

All shipments require a signature upon delivery to protect your valuable purchase.

Shipping Insurance & Tracking

All AW Jewelry orders are fully insured during transit. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor its journey.

International Orders

We proudly ship worldwide! However, international customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes imposed by their country. AW Jewelry is not responsible for delays due to customs processing.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Shipments

We take every precaution to ensure safe delivery, but if your package is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit:

  • Contact us immediately so we can assist with a resolution.
  • If a package is marked as “delivered” but not received, please check with neighbors, household members, or your local carrier. AW Jewelry is not liable for theft or misdelivery once the carrier confirms delivery.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. AW Jewelry is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for additional shipping fees to resend it.

Holiday & Peak Season Shipping

During peak seasons (such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, and the holiday season), shipping times may be slightly extended. Order early to ensure timely delivery.
