- Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email.
b. Payment Methods
- We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, and other approved payment methods.
- Full payment is required before production or shipping.
- All payments are securely processed through third-party providers; AW Jewelry does not store payment details.
3. Custom & Made-to-Order Jewelry
- Custom jewelry orders are final sale and non-refundable once production begins.
- Customers must approve design renderings before production.
- Production timelines are estimates and may vary based on complexity and material availability.
4. Shipping & Delivery
- We offer insured shipping through trusted carriers.
- Estimated delivery times vary based on location and order type.
- AW Jewelry is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier or customs processing.
- Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address; re-shipping fees may apply.
5. Returns & Exchanges
a. Eligibility
- Custom-made items are final sale and cannot be returned.
- Non-custom jewelry may be returned within 14 days of delivery if unworn and in original packaging.
- Customers must request a return authorization before shipping an item back.
b. Refund Process
- Refunds (if eligible) will be processed within 10 business days after inspection.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
6. Warranty & Repairs
- AW Jewelry offers a Craftsmanship Warranty: Our custom jewelry comes with a 180 days craftsmanship warranty. It covers any potential defects in manufacturing.
- Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
- Repairs outside the warranty period may incur additional costs.
7. Intellectual Property
- All content, including images, designs, and trademarks, is the property of AW Jewelry.
- Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability
- AW Jewelry is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from website use or purchases.
- Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the item in question.
