CUSTOM JEWELRY: Due to the highly custom nature of custom jewelry items, these items are not eligible for a refund. All transactions that are made during the custom jewelry process are final. This applies to all custom jewelry purchase, including custom engagement rings.

Quality Assurance: We guarantee that your custom jewelry will be made using only the materials specified in your design agreement, including metal purity and gemstone quality.

Craftsmanship Warranty: Our custom jewelry comes with a 180 days craftsmanship warranty. It covers any potential defects in manufacturing, but not damage caused by wear and tear or accidental damage.This allows for 6 months of daily wear to ensure defects are recognized if any exists.

Free Resizing: We offer one free resizing within 90 days of your jewelry’s delivery, ensuring a perfect fit for your special day.

Satisfaction Guarantee: If your custom jewelry does not meet the specifications outlined in your design agreement, we are committed to making it right.

Post-Purchase Support: Our relationship with you doesn’t end at the sale. We offer continued support for any queries or maintenance needs you might have.

Exclusions:

  • Normal wear and tear or damage resulting from misuse or accidents.
  • Loss of the jewelry or any of its stones.
  • Alterations made by a third-party jeweler void this guarantee.

Recommendation: We strongly recommend insuring your custom jewelry, as our guarantee does not cover loss or theft.
